The ideal solution for forming packages using laminate and spout & cap assembly produced by GUALAPACK directly on your filling line.Various spout & cap assembly options, all made from PE, are available: BrickCap® + 8.6 mm spout; BabyCap® + spout 8.6 mm; WavyCap + spout 8.6 mm; Standard Cap + spout 8.6 mm; Animal Cap + spout 8.6 mm.

BabyCap® sets the global standard for caps used with baby food pouches (spouts). This cap is designed to mitigate the risk of suffocation and features a 33 mm diameter with holes to facilitate breathing in case of ingestion.The BabyCap® is compatible with both 8.6 mm and 14 mm baby food spouts. It is available in PE or PP due to product specifications.

An upgraded version of the BabyCap® with the same level of protection against choking. This cap is designed to fit 8.6 mm spouts and has a diameter of 33 mm with perforations that allow for breathing in case of ingestion. Available in both polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) options.

The cap designed for baby food packaging features a unique anti-tampering mechanism. This feature is particularly crucial when the product is on the shelf, as the cap ensures the product’s integrity and safeguards it against tampering and counterfeiting. BabyCap+ will indicate if the package has been previously opened.

In addition to safety and quality, BrickCap offers an innovative feature: once used, the cap can be transformed into a building game that allows children to create 3D objects.BrickCap raises the bar for sustainable packaging, embracing the idea of ‘reuse’ and providing a ‘second life’ to a traditional cap used in flexible packaging. BrickCap can be produced from either polyethylene or polypropylene, depending on customer specifications.

Tethered Cap technology complies with the EU Single Component Directive. The design involves securely attaching the pouch to the spout to prevent it from being lost and causing environmental pollution. The fixed cap can be easily installed on all Gualapack filling lines using a specialized cap set, available for both new and existing lines. The tethered cap pouch is available in polypropylene and polyethylene and is suitable for hot filling, cold filling, and post-heating autoclaving. It is compatible with all Gualapack pouches equipped with an 8.6mm spout. Two options are available: Standard Cap and Mood Cap.

The Spin Cap is a reusable collectible cap made from polyethylene or polypropylene, intended for play. With a variety of designs and bright colors, it is suitable for children aged 3 and up, adding a fun element to your products and distinguishing them from competitors.

Caps designed for bulk products and powders. These one-piece caps are made from polyethylene, reducing material consumption compared to two-piece caps. This packaging is highly convenient to use, as it can be easily opened and closed with one hand.Furthermore, the Cereal Cap incorporates tamper-evident technology to ensure package integrity and product protection.

An economical and user-friendly cap with a breakable membrane that allows for easy opening and resealing. Designed for FFS filling machines, it is available in both polyethylene and polypropylene options.
