Tethered Cap – a series of attached caps
Designed in compliance with the EU Single-Use Plastics Directive, these caps remain attached to the packaging, making recycling easier and significantly reducing environmental pollution risks.
This cap is 18% lighter than standard alternatives, reducing material consumption and CO₂ emissions. Both packaging and cap are made of PE or PP monomaterial, which makes the package fully recyclable. Babylink is a tethered solution specifically designed for baby food packaging, ensuring the cap remains attached to the pouch for enhanced sustainability.
A flexible PP monomaterial packaging suitable for hot filling and pasteurization, it can be recycled within the rigid polypropylene waste stream (DKR). Pouch5® is widely used in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.
