Gualapack Ukraine wins at the “Ukrainian Packaging Star” competition

On March 27, 2025, the XXVII jury meeting of the “Ukrainian packaging star” and “Ukrainian label” competitions was held, organized by the Packaging Club with the informational support of «Packaging» magazine. This year, the competition featured 52 packaging and label samples from 25 companies from Ukraine and Poland.

We are proud to announce that Gualapack Ukraine received several awards at the «Ukrainian Packaging Star» competition.

The awarded packaging solutions include:

• Spouted pouch with cap for natural baby puree, TM “Malyatko” (by Econia);

• No-spill pouch for natural children’s juices with spout and cap, TM “Elfik Magic” (by TD “Fresh Market”);

• Monomaterial pouch for dry cat food, TM Club 4 Paws (by Kormotech), which also received a special award in the “Eco Star” nomination.

An innovative packaging solution that combines safety and convenience. The silky matte surface offers a pleasant tactile experience, while the transparent bottom insert and side window allow customers to assess the product quality right on the shelf. The special material structure prevents its deformation, and the patented Baby Cap® with ventilation holes minimizes the risk of choking in case of accidental swallowing.

No-spill pouch for natural children’s juices, TM “Elfik Magic”.

A special membrane in the spout prevents juice from spilling, even if the pouch is dropped, while the secure Baby Cap® offers extra safety. Its ergonomic shape and absence of sharp edges make it easy for children to use. The matte finish with glossy highlights creates a premium look, and the bright, playful design captures the attention of young consumers.

Monomaterial pouch for dry cat food, TM Club 4 Paws.

An eco-conscious packaging solution that is fully recyclable in a single stream. Thanks to the use of monomaterial, the pouch including the zip-lock allows its easy recycling without the need for detachment. The multilayer structure protects against moisture, oxygen, and light, while strong seams ensure durability and resistance to mechanical stress. High-quality rotogravure printing and matte coating emphasize the product’s premium positioning. This pouch was also recognized with the special “Eco Star” award.
